Do I need a sales call?
No. Solo, Business, and Business Plus are designed to start through a form. If the request is unclear, we may ask for clarification by email.
Do I own the website?
Yes. If you choose handover, the completed website can be transferred to you after launch. You will need suitable hosting, domain access, and someone able to manage updates, backups, security, and any future changes. If you do not want to handle that yourself, you can keep the site with us through a care plan.
Is SEO included?
Basic on-page setup is included. This does not include ongoing SEO campaigns, ranking guarantees, backlink building, blog writing, or digital marketing.
Can I ask for changes after launch?
Each package includes a limited revision process. After that, changes are handled through a care plan or quoted separately.
What happens if I choose handover?
We provide a basic handover once the site is complete. After handover, responsibility for hosting, updates, backups, security, email setup, content changes, and technical management transfers to you unless you choose a care plan. Additional support can be quoted separately.
Is there a cost to transfer the site?
If the site is built directly on your own hosting using access supplied before the build starts, basic handover is included. If the site is launched on our hosting and you later ask us to transfer it away, a £95 transfer/admin fee applies.
When does the build start?
The build starts once the request has been checked, the correct route has been confirmed, the detailed brief has been completed, and payment has been received.
