Each fixed-price package gives you a clean website foundation, not an open-ended agency project.
WordPress build
Your site is built using WordPress and Gutenberg, giving you a practical, widely supported website foundation.
Mobile-friendly layout
The site is built to work on desktop, tablet, and mobile, with clear content and simple customer routes.
Basic on-page setup
We include basic titles, page structure, headings, and setup. This is not an ongoing SEO campaign.
Clear revision process
Each package includes a limited revision process so the build stays controlled, fast, and fair.
What is not included as standard?
The fixed packages are intentionally limited. This is what keeps them fast, affordable, and easy to deliver properly.
Excluded from fixed packages
- Logo design or full branding
- Copywriting from scratch unless agreed separately
- Custom photography
- Ongoing SEO campaigns or ranking guarantees
- Blog writing, social media, or paid adverts
- Booking systems, membership systems, or complex e-commerce
- Unlimited revisions or open-ended changes
Extra work can still be discussed
If you need extra pages, extra content support, a more detailed structure, special functionality, or regular updates, we will confirm the right route before payment or build work starts.
The aim is not to say no. The aim is to keep the fixed packages clean and quote anything outside scope properly.
How payment works
You do not pay through an automatic checkout at this stage. We check the request first, then confirm the right package, brief, and payment route.
Why not just buy instantly?
Because some website requests look simple at first but need a different package or a different route. Checking the enquiry first helps avoid wrong purchases, refunds, and unclear scope.
When do I pay?
Payment is requested once we have checked the enquiry and confirmed that the request fits the selected package or agreed route.
When does the build start?
The build starts once the route has been confirmed, the detailed brief has been completed, and payment has been received.
Can I choose care later?
Yes. You can choose handover, Basic Care, or Plus Care before launch. If you choose handover and later want care, we can review whether the site can be brought into a care plan.
How are monthly care payments made?
Monthly care plans are paid by standing order as a rolling monthly payment. If you choose Basic Care or Plus Care, we will provide the payment details before the care plan starts. The care plan remains active while monthly payments are received and may be suspended or cancelled in line with our Terms and Conditions if payment is missed.
Is there a cost to transfer the site?
If the site is built directly on your own hosting using access supplied before the build starts, basic handover is included. If the site is launched on our hosting and you later ask us to transfer it away, a £95 transfer/admin fee applies.
