HumanWebsite keeps the build process simple. You start with a short enquiry, we confirm the right route, then your website is built from a clear brief rather than a long, messy agency process.

No pressure call. No automatic checkout. We check the route before payment so the package, brief, and next step are clear.

The HumanWebsite process

A structured route that helps your website move from idea to launch without endless calls, unclear scope, or unnecessary delays.

1. Enquire

Send the short enquiry form and choose the closest package, care option, and any extras you think you may need.

2. Route

We check the request and confirm whether it fits Solo, Business, Business Plus, or a larger website route.

3. Brief

Once the route is confirmed, you complete the detailed build brief with your content, layout choices, images, and business information.

4. Payment

Payment is requested after the package and route are confirmed. Build work starts once payment and the completed brief are received.

5. Build

We build the website in WordPress using the agreed package, your brief, your supplied content, and the selected layout direction.

6. Review

You review the site and send one clear revision list for Solo and Business, or two revision rounds for Business Plus.

7. Launch

Once approved, the site is launched. You can then choose handover, Basic Care, or Plus Care depending on how much support you want after launch.

Two forms, two purposes

The first form starts the enquiry. The second form gives us what we need to build the website properly.

Short enquiry form

This helps us understand the starting point. It captures the package you are considering, your care preference, any extras, and the basic website requirement.

What you need before the build starts

You do not need everything ready before enquiring, but the build moves faster when the key information is prepared.

Business basics

Your business name, contact details, service area, opening hours where relevant, and the main action you want visitors to take.

Website content

A description of what you do, your services, who you help, any proof or reviews, and any text you already want included.

Images and branding

Your logo, brand colours if you have them, suitable images, and any example sites or layout previews that feel close to what you want.

Access details

If you already have a domain, hosting, email, or an existing website, we may need relevant access details before technical work starts.

Care preference

Choose whether you want the completed website handed over, hosted and technically maintained, or supported through a care plan.

Any extras

If you need extra pages, copywriting help, booking functions, online store features, or regular updates, tell us early so we can route the project properly.

How reviews and changes work

The review stage keeps the project moving while still giving you a proper chance to refine the site before launch.

Solo and Business

Solo and Business include one revision round. You review the draft website and send one clear list of changes for us to work through.

Business Plus

Business Plus includes two revision rounds. This gives more room to refine a larger website while keeping the project controlled.

After launch

After launch, further changes are handled through Plus Care where included, or quoted separately if they fall outside the chosen care plan.

After launch: handover or care

Once the website is live, choose how much responsibility you want to keep and how much support you want from us.

Plus Care

Your site stays hosted and maintained, with a small monthly edit allowance for light updates, text changes, or image swaps.

Best if you want ongoing support without managing the site yourself.

Basic Care

Your site stays hosted and technically maintained, with routine updates, basic backups, and technical upkeep.

Best if you want the site kept live and technically looked after.

No Care

We build and launch the website, then hand it over. You manage hosting, updates, backups, security, and future changes yourself.

Best if you already know how to manage WordPress or have your own technical support.

Do I need to have all my content ready before enquiring?

No. You can start with the short enquiry form. The detailed build brief comes after the route is confirmed.

Do I need a sales call?

No. Solo, Business, and Business Plus are designed to start through a form. If clarification is needed, we can ask by email.

When does the build start?

The build starts once the route has been confirmed, the detailed brief has been completed, and payment has been received.

Can I choose layout examples after enquiring?

Yes. Layout choices are part of the detailed build brief, so you can start the enquiry first and choose the layout direction later.

Can you help if I need something larger?

Yes. Larger websites, online stores, booking systems, extra pages, and more complex requirements can be reviewed separately.

What happens after the included revision rounds?

Further changes are handled through Plus Care where included, or quoted separately if they sit outside the chosen package or care plan.
